Wild animals rely on their vision, auditory, and smell to distinguish danger. If you are not familiar with the animals in your hunting area, you'd better assume that they are naturally alert, you need to be really careful and patient while hunting. Here are some tips may be useful for those hunting beginners, and also never to late to learn more.

• No matter you are hunting in the ground or forest, remember your direction should be against the wind, or move with angles against the wind, never following the wind.
  
• In thick forest, the line of your sight may be blocked, you should try to move slightly, try your best to lowering your noise. 
  
• When you are hunting in an area where prey or animals discoverable, be patient and secret. If the prey noticed you and stopped moving, stay still, until it continue moving, snaking towards it, if it rises, stop again, repeat these steps again and again until you reach your prey.
  
• If possible, upper area would be better while hunting, since prey may not notice these areas easily. 
  

Most of animals are weak at head, neck and shoulder, you'd better aim at these places while shooting. Stay patient before you shoot to guarantee precision, if animals get hurt and escape, trace follow their blood. if you are trying to hunt large predatory animals, such as bear or big cats. Remember to light a fire and light overnight to avoid angry prey, most of the predator would stay away from fire and people.
